Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have issued antidumping duty orders on certain chassis and subassemblies from Mexico, Thailand, and Vietnam. These orders are based on affirmative final determinations that these imports are sold at less than fair value and materially injure the U.S. industry. The orders cover finished and unfinished chassis and subassemblies, excluding certain types of trailers and components. Suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements are in effect for entries on or after June 18, 2026.
