Description

This action deletes services from the Procurement List that were previously furnished by nonprofit agencies employing persons who are blind or have other severe disabilities. The deletions affect grounds maintenance and custodial services at various US Navy and other federal facilities. The Committee for Purchase From People Who Are Blind or Severely Disabled determined these services are no longer suitable for procurement under the AbilityOne Program. The deletions are effective as of July 18, 2026.
