Gwinnett County is soliciting competitive sealed bids for pedestrian improvement projects on Old Rockbridge Road and Williams Road from Bishop Circle to Singleton Road. The project includes clearing and grubbing, grading, sidewalk, curb and gutter, traffic signal installation, ATMS, striping, and water line installation over 0.632 miles. Bids must be submitted by July 23, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST and will be opened virtually via Microsoft Teams. Vendors must submit a bid bond of 5% of the total bid and meet insurance and bonding requirements.
