Rocky View County and the Town of Cochrane are seeking qualified consultants to update the Intermunicipal Development Plan (IDP) and develop the Intermunicipal Collaboration Framework (ICF). The IDP is a statutory land use planning policy document for coordinated growth and infrastructure, while the ICF outlines intermunicipal services, cost-sharing, and dispute resolution. The project involves two consulting roles: Facilitation and Engagement, and Planning Advisor. Proposals must be submitted electronically by July 14, 2026, with the contract delivery period from August 14, 2026, to November 30, 2027.
