Description

The County of Santa Clara, through its Office of Sustainability and Resilience, seeks proposals from qualified vendors to support the development and implementation of programs aligned with grants from the California Energy Commission and Silicon Valley Clean Energy. The project involves creating a comprehensive Neighborhood Engagement Strategy and launching a Neighborhood Electrification Planning Project and Portable Electric Appliance Project for Heat Burdened Communities in the East Foothills/Alum Rock neighborhood. The contract term is initially two years starting July 1, 2026, with a maximum financial obligation of $167,500 and an option to renew for three additional years.
