The County of Santa Clara is seeking construction project management firm(s) to provide professional services for the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Emergency Department Expansion and Remodel Project. The project involves expanding the Emergency Department's 1st floor and basement support space by 28,560 square feet and remodeling an existing 21,122 square feet area. It approximately doubles the number of existing beds, increases treatment/exam rooms from 13 to 44, and adds 6 new rapid medical evaluation stations for a total of 8.
