Description

This project involves the construction of a new transit center at the northeast corner of S. Grady Way and Rainier Avenue S. The scope includes site preparation, construction of a bus bay island with a steel canopy, new facility buildings, a gantry with perforated aluminum panels, a Battery Electric Bus yard, a new intersection, roadway improvements along S. Grady Way and Lake Avenue S., installation of a sanitary sewer line, a surface parking lot, widening of the northbound shoulder on SR 167, and testing and commissioning.
