The City of Kingston is seeking proposals from qualified Lead Organizations to operate 24/7, year-round emergency shelter services at 924 Sydenham Road. The service aims to provide a safe, secure, and dignified space for vulnerable individuals experiencing homelessness, meeting their basic needs. The organization will also support these individuals through referrals and stabilization supports into transitional/supportive or permanent housing. The project is targeted for completion by November 2025, with the opening date to be determined by the City and the successful proponent.
