Description
Sound Transit is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified prime consultant firms for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide architectural, engineering, and related environmental services. The scope includes environmental review, due diligence, permitting, compliance, hazardous building materials surveys, and program implementation and operations support. Additional auxiliary services include Transit Oriented Development (TOD) strategy, design review, construction coordination, and preliminary engineering. The solicitation includes a pre-proposal meeting and multiple addenda have been issued. The contract term is five years with options to extend, and multiple awards are anticipated.
