Description
Sound Transit's Strategic Business Services (SBS) is seeking to contract with multiple consultant firms to provide on-call transformation facilitation consulting services. The scope includes process development, continuous improvement, root cause problem solving, organizational development and change, business analysis, data improvement projects, facilitation services, change management, and implementation of new policies and procedures. Services may be delivered on-site, virtually, remotely, or in a hybrid format. Multiple contracts will be awarded, and vendors are not required to have all listed skills.
