Description
Sound Transit is requesting proposals from firms to provide services of real-time sentiment analysis that can measure public sentiment through various online sources. The scope of work is detailed in Exhibit B, Scope of Work. The service will help various groups within Sound Transit understand public sentiment within its taxing district, complementing the annual survey. The contract term is for one year with an option to extend for four additional one-year terms at Sound Transit's discretion.
