Sound Transit has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the replacement of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and associated consulting services. The procurement involves selecting a suitable ERP Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution that aligns with Sound Transit's business needs, implementing the ERP system, integrating it with other enterprise systems such as the Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) and Project Management Information System (PMIS), and providing SaaS hosting and maintenance services.
