Sound Transit is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified prime consultant firms to provide architectural and engineering services for project management and construction management. The contract is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) where multiple contracts will be awarded to provide services under task orders. The scope includes general program support, project management, construction management, resident engineer services, consulting for design-build project management, commercial management, office engineering, estimating, scheduling, safety consulting, quality management, utility coordination, economic development compliance, transit-oriented development, sustainability planning, environmental remediation oversight, and other related services.
