Description
Sound Transit is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to support the activation of transit expansion projects. The scope includes process improvement and implementation for asset transitions, guidance, operational simulations, testing and commissioning for rail operations start-up activities, as well as inspection, training development and implementation, and verification of asset documentation of right-of-way assets. Firms may propose on one or more parts of the scope, and multiple contracts may be awarded. The initial contract term is expected to be two years with an estimated contract value between $8 million and $10 million.
