Description

The City of Burlingame is seeking a qualified service provider to establish a contract for inspection, maintenance, and repair services for fire extinguishers in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 19. The contract term is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2029, with two optional one-year renewals at the City's discretion. Services include inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of the City's fire extinguishers. The contractor must hold an active C-16 license from the California Contractors State License Board and comply with prevailing wage requirements.
