Description
Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide support for the West Seattle Link Extension by deploying a project-wide Instrumentation and Monitoring (I & M) system. The work includes delivering background monitoring data to establish I & M project baselines and providing I & M consultancy services through a phased approach across pre-construction and construction. The contract involves establishing a unified, centralized I & M system for data storage, visualization, and stakeholder access to support communication, property protection, and data-driven decision making throughout the project lifecycle. The initial contract term is 18 months with possible extensions up to and including completion of construction of the West Seattle Link Extension and/or the Ballard Link Extension.
