Description

Sound Transit is soliciting proposals for a Community Oversight Panel (COP) Administrator to serve as the independent staff person to the COP. The COP is a 15-member panel appointed to monitor and report on Sound Transit's performance in delivering on its commitments. The Administrator will coordinate closely with the COP Chair, Vice Chair, and Sound Transit staff, attend monthly hybrid meetings, and support task force and stakeholder meetings as needed. The contract term is five years, with proposals due by June 30, 2026.
