The County of Santa Clara Health System Behavioral Health Services Department is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to provide a variety of services supporting the Adult and Older Adult System of Care. This includes services for the Forensic, Diversion, and Reintegration Division, as well as Substance Use Treatment Services.
