Description

This project involves the replacement of mechanical units on a portion of the Valley Health Center Morgan Hill roof. Work includes demolition of existing mechanical and electrical equipment and concrete housekeeping pads, installation of new mechanical equipment and concrete housekeeping pads, structural and electrical work to support the new mechanical equipment, minor roof work to accommodate new scope of work, and ACT & gypsum board ceiling. Work will include both normal and after-hours work. The Valley Health Center Morgan Hill business hours are Monday-Friday 8am-10pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm.
