Description

The County of Santa Clara Health System Behavioral Health Services Department is seeking qualified firms to provide residential Withdrawal Management services consistent with ASAM Level 3.2 to Drug-Medical beneficiaries. The program supports clients who do not require medication but need residential withdrawal management to complete withdrawal and enter continued treatment or self-help recovery due to inadequate home supervision or support. Services are for County Adult residents aged 18 and above, with an average length of stay of 5-7 days.
