Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a Empire State Development (ESD) to procure Fiber Optic Network Asset Management Software for ConnectALL. The software solution sought is a comprehensive, centralized, GIS-based system capable of tracking, managing, and optimizing ConnectALL's fiber optic network infrastructure, including asset mapping, maintenance tracking, performance monitoring, and network planning capabilities.
