Description

The City of Fredericton is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to provide professional services for the implementation of selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Talent Management modules. The project involves configuring, implementing, and supporting the deployment of additional Oracle Fusion Talent Management functionality within the existing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environment. The modules to be implemented include Performance Management, Goals Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Learning.
