Description

The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors for the receipt, processing, and recycling of mattresses and box springs collected at its Waste Management Facilities. The objective is to establish agreements with one or more qualified suppliers capable of delivering compliant, dependable, and cost-effective mattress recycling services. The selection will be based on the best overall value considering both pricing and non-pricing criteria. This procurement is conducted in accordance with the County's Procurement By-law and applicable trade agreements.
