The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) is seeking a vendor to provide installation, maintenance, support, and upgrades for physical security systems across all KBI locations in Kansas. - Government Buyer: - Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI), Office of Procurement and Contracts - OEMs Highlighted: - Honeywell Pro-Watch - Milestone - Axis - Avigilon - Products and Services Requested: - Installation, maintenance, and upgrades for physical security equipment and systems - Cameras, intrusion/fire alarms, access control systems, access control readers and badges, vehicle barriers, token readers, keypads, door hardware, locks, access control panels, alarm systems, motion sensors, DVR/NVR, call boxes, AiPhones, power supplies, batteries, and related hardware/software - Comprehensive Inventory Report (CIR) detailing all equipment by location, warranty status, firmware versions, and architecture schematics - Preventative Maintenance Schedule (PMS) with annual recommendations for equipment replacement, software/firmware updates, and performance testing - Service calls with defined response and resolution times, including after-hours, weekend, and holiday support - Training services (virtual or in-person) for security systems - Notable Requirements: - All equipment and systems must be compatible with or sourced from Honeywell Pro-Watch, Milestone, Axis, and Avigilon - Comprehensive inventory and maintenance reporting required - Warranty of at least one year on equipment and installation - Excludes fencing and ballistic films (covered by separate contracts) - Contract covers all current and future KBI locations, with changes managed by amendment - Compliance with Kansas state requirements (tax clearance, certifications, etc.)

Description
