The scope includes all materials, labor, and incidentals necessary for a code-compliant, operational installation. The work involves pre-construction coordination, site preparation, removal and temporary disconnection of kitchen fixtures, demolition and excavation, removal of existing grease trap and piping, and installation of the new grease interceptor.
