The Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (Agency) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to design and implement a comprehensive, data-driven CEO performance evaluation system and provide training and support to the Board of Directors. The selected firm will assist the Board in defining and aligning CEO performance with strategic goals and implementing an objective, measurable evaluation process aligned with public-sector best practices. The Agency operates fixed-route, paratransit, and microtransit services with a $47 million budget and a staff of 300. The CEO reports to a 13-member board representing 8 local governments.
