This Request for Offer (RFO) seeks to select one experienced System Architect with expertise in enterprise architecture, system architecture, solution architecture, technical leadership, and software application design/development for a large organization. The System Architect will be responsible for the overall system design, high-level development planning, and managing complex system requirements. The contract period may extend up to 36 months with an option to extend for an additional 24 months, requiring approximately 175 work hours per month. Work is to be performed primarily on-site at CalSTRS headquarters in West Sacramento, CA, with possible flexibility based on CalSTRS directives.
