Lanmark Group, Inc. is seeking Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) subcontractors for the DDC Records Room Reconstruction project located at 421 East 26th Street, New York, NY 10016. The contract term is 325 days and all work will be performed per the PLA using union wages. The subcontracting trades include demolition, carpentry, cabinetry, firestopping, glazing, metal framing, tiling, painting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other related construction services.
