The Graymoor Village Corporation is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified professional engineering firms to provide engineering design and construction phase services for a PFAS Treatment and Removal System for its public water system located in Garrison, New York. The services include project planning, evaluation of PFAS treatment technologies, preparation of final design plans and specifications, permitting, bidding assistance, construction observation, contract administration, and project closeout. The project is funded in part by the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund under the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act Emerging Contaminants Program. Selection will be made in accordance with Qualifications-Based Selection procedures.
