Description
The New York State Thruway Authority is seeking to retain a qualified engineering firm to provide construction inspection services for various projects, primarily a pavement reconstruction on I-87 in Ulster County. Other assignments may include asphalt and concrete pavement reconstruction and repairs, bridge and culvert maintenance, retaining wall stabilization, sign structure repairs, pavement markings, drainage and highway safety improvements, ITS repairs, facility repairs, emergency work, material testing, utility work, work zone traffic control, shop drawings review, plant and material inspection, and nighttime inspection. The contract term is four years with an option to extend for one additional year. The estimated contract value is up to $9 million.
