Description

The Government of Quebec, through the Ministry of Environment, Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks (MELCCFP), is requesting submissions for the development of a list of qualified service providers for conducting environmental characterization studies of contaminated sites located in Quebec under the responsibility of MELCCFP. Submissions must be received before 14:00 local time on April 21, 2026. Only qualified service providers with a Quebec establishment or within applicable territories are eligible. The Ministry reserves the right to reject any or all submissions.
