Description

The Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS) is seeking proposals for repair and upgrades to thermal networks including repair of the eastern loop, addition of valves in well 55, replacement of flow meters in tunnel 18-70, work in tunnel 18-26, and in mechanical room J-016. The work is detailed in the plans and specifications attached as Annex A and must be completed by January 29, 2027. The contract is fixed price with a duration of 6 months. An optional site visit is scheduled for June 23, 2026, at 531 boul. des Prairies, Laval, QC.
