The Municipality of Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby is seeking a qualified operator to maintain and operate the MBR-type wastewater treatment plant and three associated pumping stations. The contract covers all professional, technical, operational, administrative, and regulatory services required for continuous, compliant, and safe operation. Services include operation, monitoring, maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, emergency interventions, alarm management, membrane maintenance, reporting, communication with the Municipality, and regulatory support. The contract is awarded on a lump-sum basis and lasts for 24 months.
