Description

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish a blanket contract for a company with full access to the Schneider Electric TAC Vista Energy Management System, integrated with the Phoenix Controls negative air system. The contract includes system services and repairs, labor, materials, transportation, tools, and equipment on an as-needed, on-call basis.
