The U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria, through the 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria, is soliciting quotations for the supply and delivery of a high-performance, short-tail swing wheeled excavator with a comprehensive set of attachments to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, USAG Bavaria, DPW, Roads & Grounds Branch - Administered by SSG Thierry Ndika (Contract Specialist) and MSG Gus Wessels (Contracting Officer) - Products/Services Requested: - One (1) short-tail swing wheeled excavator with Stage V engine (112 kW/152 hp), advanced hydraulic and comfort features, and a 12-month/2,000-hour warranty - Attachments include: - Oilquick tiltrotator TRF-E19 with OQ65 quick coupler - Multiple ZFE digging buckets (rigid, toothed, cutting edge, trapezoidal) - Ankona pallet clamp and forklift attachment - Seppi M. RCO Bavaria/928th CBn is formally seeking quotations for the procurement and delivery of commercial Wheeled Excavator with Attachments to support operations at USAG Bavaria (Garmisch).

Please find attached the complete solicitation SF 1449 and Salient characteristics labeled as ‘Attachment 1”, which includes the itemized equipment list, technical specifications, and required delivery criteria. All responses will be evaluated strictly based on the conditions, specifications, and evaluation criteria detailed within the attached solicitation document SF 1449.
