NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, Site Singapore, is soliciting proposals for the Mid-Term Availability (MTA) repair and maintenance of the USS JOHN CANLEY (ESB 6) in the U.S. 7th Fleet Area of Responsibility. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka, Site Singapore - Scope of Work: - Comprehensive MTA repair and maintenance for the USS JOHN CANLEY (ESB 6) - Work must comply with Military Sealift Command (MSC) specification SSU 27-008 and Ship Repair Facility (SRF) SING 005-27 - Includes planning, engineering, procurement, production, testing, quality assurance, and configuration control - Products/Services Requested: - Firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials line items - Labor: up to 17,497 hours (growth work authorized) - Materials: up to $689,201 (not-to-exceed, for growth work) - Multiple option CLINs for additional work items per MSC specifications - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractors must be MSRA/ABR holders (certified for U.S. Navy ship repair) - Strict compliance with OEM certifications and safety standards is required - Detailed technical proposals must address scheduling, engineering, material control, and quality assurance - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Period of Performance: - Base period: March 1, 2027 – April 15, 2027 - Option period: April 16, 2027 – April 30, 2027
