The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), through its Policy Research and Analysis Department (PRAD), is seeking a contractor to provide a monthly subscription service for group annuity insurers' survey data. - Government Buyer: - Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) - Policy Research and Analysis Department (PRAD) - Products/Services Requested: - Monthly subscription to a group annuity insurers' survey - Delivers interest rate information used for group annuity premiums - Data published online as the Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) Index - Access to data within 10 business days after each month - Up to 15 hours annually of technical assistance related to the survey and general market information - Quantities: - 12 monthly survey data deliveries per year - 15 hours of technical assistance per year - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Service must support PBGC's actuarial assumptions for pension benefit liabilities - Timely online access to the PRT Index is required - Technical assistance must be available via phone or electronic means - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation; the opportunity is open to qualified providers of group annuity market survey data.
