Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreement
The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Grainger for various building supplies “on an as-needed basis.”
The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with (4) option periods: Base Period: August 01, 2026 to July 31,2027 1st Option Period: August 01, 2027 to July 31,2028 2nd Option Period: August 01, 2028 to June 31,2029 3rd Option Year: August 01, 2029 to July 31, 2030
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 332510 – Hardware Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
No further awards will be made unless the need for Gallup Service Unit changes. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with Part 12.201-1(e)(3)(i)(A), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.
Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than July 02, 2026 5:00 PM Daylight Saving Time. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted and be requested to establish a BPA with the Government.
This notice of intent is not a request for quotations, and a solicitation will not be issued.
