This opportunity seeks a cellular coverage enhancement system for the Marine Corps Reserve Center (MCRC) Brooklyn, NY. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Marine Corps, Marine Corps Reserve Center (MCRC) Brooklyn, NY - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; solution must support AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile networks - Products/Services Requested: - In-building cellular coverage enhancement system (multi-band, low-band 5G, commercial carrier support) - Includes donor antennas, head-end/network amplification unit, distributed coverage units, interior broadcast antennas, cabling, and ancillary components - 3 roof donor antennas (high-isolation patch, 698-2700 MHz) - 1 donor combiner / 2-way splitter - 1 network/head-end unit (quad-band digital repeater) - 6 coverage units (distributed amplification) - 24 interior broadcast antennas (ceiling dome) - Splitters, couplers, coax cables, connectors, mounting hardware - Donor coax, Cat6 backbone, fiber link extender as required - Installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, FCC and carrier registration - Three-year maintenance/support agreement (warranty, remote monitoring, corrective service, equipment replacement, software/firmware updates) - Optional: Coverage for an additional building at the same location - Unique/Notable Requirements: - System must provide at least 90% coverage at 100 dBm RSRP across designated areas - Must support AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile licensed bands including low-band 5G - FCC and carrier registration required - Government-furnished power and pathways - Installation to be completed within 2-3 weeks of Notice to Proceed - Maintenance/support for 3 years after acceptance - Optional task for additional building coverage
