L’Établissement is seeking partners to operate an intermediate resource with twelve (12) places located within the RLS Lac-Saint-Jean-Est, Jonquière, Chicoutimi, or Domaine-du-Roy. The facility will accommodate adults with severe and persistent mental disorders, complex behavioral issues, risk of elopement, need for protection, and possible substance use. The resource should be near common services and within 10 km of the city center, hospital, or public transport. The project duration is 10 years, renewable once, and involves health and social services.
