This contract is in support of Exercise Northern Strike (NS) 26-2 at OWA. Set up on 2 Aug 2026. 1 – 13 August 26 services outlined in the DOS shall be required. Vendor to supply (2) 1000g holding tanks, collect and transport Graywater from those two tanks and (4) more customer-provided 400g tanks at Oscoda-Wurtsmith Airport, twice a day, and dispose collected Graywater at a water treatment plant. Estimated graywater at 2,500 - 3,000 gallons/day with a max of 3,500 gallons for one day. Site activities include field feeding, shower, and laundry.
