DISA's Emerging Technology Directorate (EM2) is seeking small business partners for technology engineering and knowledge management modernization services supporting Microsoft 365 environments. - Government Buyer: - Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) - Emerging Technology Directorate (EM), Collaboration & Defense Division (EM2) - OEMs and Vendors: - Microsoft is the primary OEM referenced for solution development and environment support - Products/Services Requested: - Technical services for sustaining, maintaining, and evolving lab environments - Testing and evaluation of up to 12 new/emerging technologies per year - Up to 7 technology evaluations and 4 pilot deployments annually - Knowledge management solution development using Microsoft 365 tools, AI toolsets, and automation - Content and record migration, system maintenance and support - Database and cloud administration for lab and production environments - Agile project management, digital transformation, and process automation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Secret security clearance and Facility Clearance Level required - Hybrid onsite/telework work model at DISA HQ, Fort Meade, MD - Deliverables include reports, plans, and documentation supporting agile project management - Use of AI toolsets for record migration and retention - Focus on small business participation, including SDB, 8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone, and WOSB subsets - Technology monitoring and watchlist maintenance for emerging solutions - Federal holidays observed; travel within CONUS may be required

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.

DISA EM2 is seeking information from potential sources for technical services and knowledge management.  Technical services encompass sustaining, maintaining, and evolving a lab environment,  providing testing and evaluation of new and emerging technologies in support of operational stakeholders. Knowledge Management services include solution development, content and record migration, system maintenance and support, and agile methodology to drive digital transformation and process automation.
