The Department of the Navy, through the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), is seeking to lease a 750kW emergency diesel generator (EDG) for temporary power needs. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy - Sub-agency: Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) - Products/Services Requested: - Lease of one (1) 750kW minimum emergency diesel generator (EDG) - Must provide at least 750kW, 460VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz - Integrated double-wall UL 142 compliant fuel tank for 16 hours full-load run time - Remote and local start, lockout means, main output circuit breaker (min. 900A), output bus bars, maintenance-free starting batteries, battery charger, water jacket heater, non-resettable hour meter, NEMA 3R ISO enclosure with crane lift points and secondary containment - Must meet EPA off-road certification and NFPA compliance - Services included: - Delivery, installation, and removal at PSNS & IMF, Bremerton, WA - Pre-delivery maintenance and testing (new batteries, filters, hoses, belts, oil, load test) - One hour of on-site training for government personnel - 24/7 technical support and repair/replacement within 48 hours if needed - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Delivery required within 48 hours of task order award - Security and access requirements for contractor personnel - Emergency response: repair or replacement within 48 hours, with 4-hour response for technical assessment - Rental period is one month - No specific OEM or part number is specified; the opportunity is open to any manufacturer meeting the technical and compliance requirements.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, using Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting a quote from your firm for the item(s) listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
