The U.S. Army Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) and Headquarters Medical Command (HQ MEDCOM) are seeking enterprise IT support services through the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Sam Houston. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) and Headquarters Medical Command (HQ MEDCOM) - Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Sam Houston - Scope of Services: - Comprehensive IT support for OTSG, MEDCOM, Direct Reporting Units, and authorized Army organizations (CONUS and OCONUS) - Services include: - IT help desk support - Network and computer systems administration (NIPRNET and SIPRNET) - Database management - Cloud operations - Telecommunications engineering - Desktop/user support - Key personnel requirements: - Computer and Information Systems Manager (2 FTE, 7+ years experience) - Network and Computer Systems Administrator (4 FTE, 5+ years experience) - Telecommunications Engineering Specialist (2 FTE, 7+ years experience) - Computer User Support Specialist (2 FTE, 3+ years experience) - All with specific certifications and experience - Notable Requirements: - Strict compliance with federal IT security standards - Security clearances required for personnel - Non-personal services contract: contractor staff are accountable to the contractor, not the government - Deliverables include monthly status and ticketing reports, and quality control plans - No specific OEMs, vendors, or product part numbers are named in the solicitation or attachments - All technical and performance requirements are detailed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS)
Description
This is a non-personal services contract to support the United States Army, Office of the Surgeon General (US ARMY OTSG), and United States Army, Headquarters Medical Command (USA HQ MEDCOM), Direct Reporting Units (DRUs), other Army organizations and/or authorized users (as required) outside and within the Continental United States (OCONUS/CONUS) initiative to sustain the current infor-mation management/information technology (IM/IT) infrastructure and future IM/IT en-hancements. This contract shall encompass a wide range of IT services, including net-work support, database management, and cloud operations, with a focus on compliance with federal IT security standards. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Contractor service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsi-ble to the Government.
