Description
The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis to HLCM Group, located at 111 Industrial Minillas Carr. 174 Suite 6, Bayamón, PR 00959-1910, for Trimble annual corrector licenses for six Virtual Reference Station across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
US Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), has a need to purchase Trimble annual corrector licenses for six Virtual Reference Station (VRS) surveying units (R12 antennas and TSC5 controllers, including accessories) used to provide engineering services and land surveying in support of EQIP, EWP, and other Farm Bill programs across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. No other authorized contractors are available to provide the equipment and services needed.
The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received by 12:00pm ET, July 1, 2026, and shall include documentation on the ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
