The U.S. Army, through the Product Manager Bradley and MLRS Family of Vehicles, is seeking industry input on field support services for its Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) and Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) families of vehicles. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Product Manager Bradley and MLRS Family of Vehicles - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the opportunity - Products/Services Requested: - Field support services for Bradley Fighting Vehicle (A3, A4, A4E1) and M270A1 MLRS, including all derivatives - New Equipment Training (NET): - Instructor-led, virtual, and pre-recorded training modules - Development of training materials and instructor certification - Hands-on technical instruction for Bradley and MLRS platforms - Vehicle Deprocessing: - Inspection, repair, cleaning, loading/unloading, inventory management - Preparation of vehicles for issue and operational readiness verification - Field Service Representatives (FSRs): - Maintenance, troubleshooting, data collection, fielding, storage, and shipping support - Technical advice and use of technical manuals and digital tools - Field Modification Work Orders (MWOs): - Coordination and application of hardware/software upgrades - Documentation, reporting, storage, shipping, kitting, and execution of MWOs - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Comprehensive support for all derivatives of the Bradley and MLRS vehicle families - Emphasis on experience and capability in supporting armored vehicle platforms - No specific part numbers or quantities provided; focus is on service capabilities

The purpose of this Request For Information is to assess industry capability to provide Field Support to Project Management Mounted Armored Vehicle (PM MAV), Bradley Fighting Vehicle (BFV) Family of Vehicles (FoV) and the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) FOV and all derivatives thereof.
