The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Indian Health Service (IHS), is seeking to upgrade patient wristband printing systems at the Cheyenne River Health Center and Pine Ridge Service Unit. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) - Indian Health Service (IHS) - Cheyenne River Health Center - OEMs and Vendors: - Zebra Technologies (OEM for healthcare printers) - DataRay (OEM for interface upgrade and services) - Products/Services Requested: - Upgrade of 31 Data Ray D3 interfaces to D4 platform, including migration, testing, and cybersecurity compliance - Replacement of 15 Zebra ZD421HC healthcare printers (300dpi), configured for RPMS-compatible wristband and medication labeling - One-year Managed Services Agreement (MSA) for 24/7 remote technical support, system monitoring, software updates, hardware diagnostics, and support coordination - Professional installation, configuration, system testing, validation, end-user training, and post-installation support - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All equipment and parts must be new, with OEM warranty; gray market or counterfeit parts are prohibited - Onsite installation and training by a DataRay technician - Upgrade is required to maintain support, cybersecurity compliance, and effective patient care - The procurement supports BCMA (Bar Code Medication Administration) and label printing for patient safety
