The U.S. Department of Labor's Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is seeking a contractor to modernize its electrical infrastructure at the Approval and Certification Center in Triadelphia, WV. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), Approval and Certification Center (A&C) - Scope of Work: - Replace Motor Control Center (MCC) 2 & 3 Electric Analog Buckets with state-of-the-art Digital Buckets - Includes removal, disposal, installation, and testing of new MCC 2 & 3 Digital Buckets - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services - Products/Services Requested: - 1 unit of Motor Control Center (MCC) 2 & 3 Electric Digital Buckets - Eaton gear or equivalent specified (Eaton highlighted as the OEM) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Work must be completed within 30 days of start - Installation and testing to occur over a holiday weekend (Saturday–Monday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) - All work to be performed in the Building-1, Floor-3 Mechanical Suite at the MSHA A&C Center - OEMs Mentioned: - Eaton (or equivalent products accepted)

Description

This contract will require a vendor to provide all the resources needed to replace the MCC 2 & 3 Electric Analog Buckets with state-of-the-art Digital Buckets. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to replace the Motor Control Center (MCC) 2 & 3 in the Building-1 (B-1) Floor-3 (F-3) Mechanical Suite of MSHA’s Approval and Certification Center’s campus.
