Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed written proposals from qualified vendors for the new building construction of the Catoosa County Jail located at 5842 Highway 41, Ringgold, GA 30736. An onsite pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 24, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. Bids must be sealed and delivered to the Board of Commissioners' office by 2:00 p.m. EST on July 23, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud. Inquiries must be submitted in writing by July 10, 2026, with responses published on July 20, 2026.
