The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all materials, equipment, labor, and incidental services necessary for constructing a new enclosed flare system to combust landfill gas and demolish existing flares F1 and F2 at the Brown Station Road Sanitary Landfill in Upper Marlboro, MD.
